說明：
一、 依行政院人事行政總處（以下簡稱人事總處）113年5月15日總處培字第1130015678號書函辦理，並檢附原函影本（含附件）1份。
二、 查人事總處前於113年3月7日以總處培字第1130012791號書函轉勞動部所定「職場性騷擾申訴處理指導手冊」(本府113年3月13日府人考字第1130064647號函諒達)，現勞動部修正旨揭手冊，修正事項摘述如下：
(一) 新增其他與性騷擾防治處理有關之教育課程範例（第19頁）。
(二) 補充對性騷擾行為人懲戒或處理之建議以及相關法院判決（第32-35頁）。
(三) 補充職場性騷擾常見樣態/觀念篇/Q6（第49頁）。
