說明：
一、 依行政院113年5月2日院授人培字第1133022839號函辦理，並檢附原函影本1份。
二、 因應0403花蓮震災，重創花蓮縣觀光產業，為協助復甦，爰行政院放寬公務人員於旨揭期間內持國民旅遊卡（以下簡稱國旅卡）至該縣合格特約商店刷卡消費（含消費地點在花蓮縣之預購型或儲值性商品），且符合行政院與所屬中央及地方各機關公務人員休假改進措施相關規定者，不限行業別均得列為觀光旅遊額度，並於113年度國旅卡休假補助總額內實施加倍補助。學年制人員於旨揭期間內符合規定之消費，得於各該學年度之補助總額內實施加倍補助。
三、 旨揭放寬措施自113年5月2日起實施，並俟檢核系統修正上線後（約113年5月底前），再由貴屬人事單位配合辦理休假補助費之請領及核銷事宜。
