說明：
一、 依據教育部106年3月6日臺教資（三）字第1060021199號函辦理。
二、 為鼓勵學校組織資訊融入教學學習社群教師團隊，發展資訊融入教學模式，推動資訊融入教學活動，並辦理資訊融入教學績優學校團隊徵選暨推動經驗成果發表，提供有意願申請資訊學習社群學校之發展參考，特辦理旨揭計畫。
三、 旨揭計畫相關訊息摘要說明如下：
(一) 參加對象：桃園市立高中及國民中、小學。
(二) 初審收件日期：106年3月31日起至106年4月21日止。
(三) 甄選隊數：20隊(含105年度本市晉級教育部資訊科技融入教學創新應用與典範團隊全國選拔賽之團隊)。
(四) 經費補助：審查通過團隊每隊補助資本門新臺幣5萬元整及經常門新臺幣10萬元整。
(五) 決選獎勵對象及方式：
１、 特優：取5隊，團隊主持人記功1次，團隊教師各敘嘉獎2次，著作分數1分(依作者人數平均之)。
２、 優等：取5隊，團隊主持人嘉獎2次，團隊教師各敘嘉獎1次，著作分數0.5分(依作者人數平均之)。
