說明：
一、依據基隆市政府112年12月15日基府教特參字第1120263315A號函辦理。
二、旨案申請時間：
(一)第二次期中招生：113年1月2日至1月15日，申請對象為6(以中山區為優先原則）、7、8年級學生。
(二)年度招生：113年5月1日至5月20日，對象為（5、6、7、8）年級學生。
(三)第一次期中招生：112年10月2日至10月16日，申請對象為6（以中山區為優先原則）、7、8、9年級學生。
三、招生資格：輔導對象為義務教育階段學生，因家庭遭遇變故而中途輟學，經追蹤輔導返校而無法適應就學環境或因家庭功能不彰而有中輟之虞，經家長或監護人同意接受輔導就讀者，並經本市復學輔導就讀小組審查符合資格。
