一、依據技專校院招生委員會聯合會112年10月23日技專招聯試字第1122100459A號函辦理。
二、該會於110年12月2日技專招聯試字第1102130189號函知各國中學校，並於招生官網公告，因應疫情期間影響學生參加校內服務學習課程及活動，或於校外參加志工或社區服務，「多元學習表現-服務學習」積分採計原則，調整為服務時數每滿4小時得1分(積分上限7分，計28小時)。且僅適用參加111學年度及112學年度五專聯合免試入學招生之服務學習積分採計，合先敘明。
三、113學年度五專聯合免試入學招生之「多元學習表現-服務學習」積分恢復原採計原則，服務時數每滿8小時得1分(積分上限7分，計56小時)。
