說明：
一、依據桃園市選舉委員會112年10月13日桃選一字第1123150278號函辦理。
二、查教育部108年9月4日臺教授國部字第1080077978號函略以，公立學校教師擔任投開票所主任管理員、主任監察員及管理員者，於投票日前ㄧ日至公所點領選舉票及佈置投票所期間，應准予公假登記並核支該公假所遺課務之鐘點費，以利選務工作順利推動。
三、本局配合旨揭選務工作相關注意事項如下：
(一)各校教職員工參與選務工作講習，均以公假登記課務自理為原則。若因課務或其他因素選擇參加星期六、日(或晚上)之場次，可補休半日並於2年內補休完畢，惟課務自理。
(二)擔任選務工作之主任管理員、主任監察員及管理員者，於投票日前一日至公所點領選票及佈置投開票所期間，同意准予公假派代，所需經費由各校用人費項下支應。
