說明：
一、依行政院人事行政總處112年9月5日總處培字第11230289053號函辦理，並檢附原函影本1份。
二、查公務人員保障法（以下簡稱保障法）第23條規定略以，公務人員經指派於法定辦公時數以外執行職務者為加班，服務機關應給予加班費、補休假。但因機關預算之限制或必要範圍內之業務需要，致無法給予加班費、補休假，應給予公務人員考績（成、核）法規所定平時考核之獎勵。
三、公務人員經機關指派於法定辦公時間以外執行職務者為加班，應依保障法第23條規定予以補償；至於公務人員所參加之活動、訓練或研習性質是否屬於執行職務，則宜由服務機關覈實認定辦理。如經審認非屬保障法第23條之執行職務，考量公務人員係奉派（准）於休息日及放假日參加，非自行前往，仍得由服務機關予以補休。
