說明：
一、依行政院人事行政總處（以下簡稱人事總處）112年8月7日總處培字第1123028345號函辦理，並檢附原函影本1份。
二、為配合旨揭疾管署宣布事項，自112年8月15日（以篩檢陽性日為準）起，各機關學校人員於自主健康管理期間，如有請假需求，依各類人員適用之請假規定辦理；亦即因COVID-19篩檢陽性輕症或無症狀有請假需求者，應依相關規定（如公務人員請假規則等）請病假或其他適當假別。
三、人事總處112年3月14日總處培字第1123024982號函及本府112年3月20日府人考字第1120066204號函，有關COVID-19篩檢陽性輕症而無法出勤人員，機關核給至多6日病假及該病假不列入年度病假日數計算及考績等次考量等規定，自112年8月15日起停止適用。
