一、依據本府社會局112年3月27日桃社障字第1120029398號函辦理。
二、為增進公部門及大眾更加認識身心障礙者，以減少對身心障礙者偏見、負面刻板印象及不友善行為，該部製作旨揭教材，用以說明不同障礙類別（如智能障礙者、自閉症、視覺障礙者、聽覺障礙者、語言及溝通障礙者、肢體障礙者、腦性麻痺者等）的特質與需求。
三、旨揭教材電子檔已公布於該部身心障礙者權利公約（CRP D）資訊網「宣導專區」內，歡迎逕行運用，短網址途徑如下：

四、請協助周知於電子看板或於網站刊登訊息，並納入非營利教育訓練使用，以提升各領域人員障礙意識，以利共同推廣友善身心障礙者社會環境。
