說明： 一、依據教育部111年10月25日臺教技(一)字第1110102988號函 同意備查五專聯合免試入學作業要點，原採計技藝教育課 程平均總成績，修正為該課程以單一學期之百分制成績擇 優採計。 二、「五專聯合免試入學-超額比序項目採計說明」相關規定， 技藝優良積分採計國中就學時期至112年5月14日(含)前取 得為限，技藝教育課程成績(以單一學期之百分制成績擇優 採計)達90分以上者得3分、80分以上未滿90分者得2分、60 分以上未滿80分者得1分。
