  1. Taiwan V- Watch自本(111)年5月3日起已將小於18歲的青少年/兒童/嬰幼兒納入追蹤監測對象，每廠牌規劃前6萬人註冊者為主動追蹤對象，經由父母或監護人同意並透過手機代為填寫健康回報，以加強監測、收集分析該族群接種後常見不良反應發生情形，提升青少年/兒童/嬰幼兒COVID-19疫苗安全性監測、相關關懷照護與因應處置效率。

  2. 兒童及青少年掃描加入V-Watch 請注意：請於接種後三日內完成掃描註冊；沒有接種請不要掃描，以免資料比對不到，後續無法再加入。

  3. 無論加入V-Watch與否，若接種後出現身體不適或任何健康問題，請務必到醫療院所就醫，及時診療，釐清原因。

  4. V-Watch相關說明請參閱疾管署全球資訊網「Taiwan V-Watch COVID-19疫苗接種-健康回報」專區(http://at.cdc.tw/yU8850)。
