一、 旨揭學校為教育部核定之實驗學校，該校教育理念規劃課程與一般公立學校不同，為符應人智學之華德福教育本質，故欲介聘至該校之教師，需具備華德福教育相關背景，倘介聘成功調入，教師必須配合學校之實驗理念參加完整的華德福師資培訓；若應聘時尚未取得資格，應於起聘5年內完成，以扎根華德福學校實驗教育理念精神。
二、 另外亦需配合該校相關華德福教師專業增能研習、課程規劃(同時兼該校本部和潮厝分班的課程，該校與分班之車程約35公里)、教學及作息等事宜，建議教師於填缺前與該校聯繫，以瞭解學校情形。
