一、依據財團法人語言訓練測驗中心111年3月15日111研學字第0000000004號函辦理。
二、為促進落實十二年國教素養課綱，測驗中心於108年推出素養導向英語命題徵選活動。自111年起，為因應雙語化教學新趨勢，本活動更名為「素養導向與雙語教學評量設計徵選」，除原有的「英語素養命題組」，新增「學科導向雙語評量組」，鼓勵國內以英語授課（CLIL、EMI或其他英語授課模式）教師探索創意評量設計。
三、旨揭活動參與對象為國內國小、國中及高中職之現職教師，可以個人或團體（至多三人）身分報名。得獎作品將獲頒獎金及獎狀。
