說明：
一、 依據教育部111年1月17日臺教人(三)字第1114200034A號函辦理。
二、 鑑於近年跟蹤騷擾事件頻傳，造成社會危害，為保護個人身心安全、行動自由、生活私密領域及資訊隱私，免於受跟蹤騷擾行為侵擾，維護個人人格尊嚴，跟蹤騷擾防制法業經110年12月1日總統華總一義字第11000108131號令制定公布，並自公布後6個月施行。
三、 教師倘違反跟蹤騷擾防制法，請依教師法規定，本於權責進行程序及實體查證，並召開教師評審委員會審議是否應予解聘、不續聘或停聘。
四、 本案副知本局各教育階段別承辦單位，惠請依本案辦理教師解聘、不續聘或停聘等相關事宜。
