說明：
一、依銓敘部111年1月11日部退三字第1115413905號書函辦理，並檢附原書函(含附件)影本1份。
二、查立法院110年12月28日三讀通過之公務人員退休資遣撫卹法第7條、政務人員退職撫卹條例第5條及公務人員退休撫卹基金管理條例第9條第1項等修正條文略以，公（政）務人員在職繳付退撫基金費用或自提儲金，溯自110年1月1日起，不計入繳付年度薪資收入課稅；該等年資相應領取之退撫給與或離職儲金，則須依所得稅法第14條第1項規定列為退職所得並定額免稅。至於109年12月31日以前，公（政）務人員在職繳付退撫基金費用或自提儲金，仍照修正前規定，應計入繳付年度薪資收入課稅；該等年資相應領取之退撫給與或離職儲金，則免納所得稅。
