| 主旨： | 重申各機關學校所屬原住民族員工因原住民族歲時祭儀需要，應核予放假1日，請查照並配合辦理。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依「紀念日及節日實施辦法」第4條及「公務人員週休二日實施辦法」第3條等規定，原住民族歲時祭儀為民俗節日，應放假1日，各該原住民族放假日期，由原住民族委員會參酌各該原住民族習俗公告，並刊登政府公報。是以，各機關學校具原住民族身分之員工，於所屬族群之歲時祭儀放假日期間，得持戶籍謄本或戶口名簿等足資證明其族別之文件，向服務機關學校申請放假1日。 |
| 二、 | 另依原住民族委員會110年10月26日原民綜字第1100060006號公告，自111年起，原住民得於其本人、其父母或配偶之所屬民族歲時祭儀放假日期中擇1日放假。 |
