一、 依據本府社會局110年6月25日桃社兒字第1100054216號函辦理。
二、 台少盟辦理本計畫旨為協助年滿12至19歲之青少年，因家庭經濟因素，目前未在學校就學者或曾有中輟或中離紀錄者，提供返校期間所需之生活費及學雜費用，鼓勵學生早日返校完成學業。
三、 申請資格：
(一) 年滿12至19歲之青少年，並於91年8月以後至98年8月以前出生者。
(二) 因家庭經濟因素阻礙無法就學，目前未在學校就學及曾有中輟或中離紀錄者。
(三) 110 學年度返校就讀或持續就讀之國中、高中職(含五專一至三年級學生)。
(四) 同一戶籍或同住一戶限補助2人。
(五) 凡接受過青春不輟返校就學金計畫資助同學不得再申請。
