一、依據苗栗縣政府110年5月24日府教特字第1100098862號函辦理。
二、申請資訊如下：
(一)申請對象：國中及應屆畢業國小學生。
(二)申請資格：輔導對象為義務教育階段學生，因家庭遭遇變故而中途輟學，經追蹤輔導返校而無法適應就學環境，或因家庭功能不彰，以及因列為中低、低收入戶而有中輟之虞，經家長或監護人同意接受輔導就讀者。
(三)申請時間：即日起皆可提出申請。
(四)申請審核通過之學生，學校將另行通知辦理後續轉介事宜。
