說明:
一、鑑於日前南投武界壩突放水奪4命的意外，引起全台關注，如何預防憾事再發生，行前應有週全規劃及準備，慎選合法露營地點，避免進入溪谷、水域危險地區；在無人經營的場地露營，應注意附近有無告示牌，如看到「水流湍急、漩渦、暗流或是溪水暴漲」等類似警語，則請勿下水及紮營，因有些河床看似水深不及膝，實則地形陡峭，一旦山洪暴發或水壩放水，將無路可逃，即使具備基本自救能力，危險性仍高。
二、有關下列露營戲水注意事項：
(一)請選擇合法露營地。
(二)山坡及河川地，易受天氣影響，發生土石崩坍或溪水暴漲，請勿在溪邊河床紮營。
(三)上游水壩電廠，隨時會排放水，請勿入溪河中，確保生命安全。
(四)與河床、海濱保持安全距離，選擇堅硬而平整的地面紮營。
(五)酒足飯飽後，不要立刻下水，以防意外。
(六)穿牛仔褲或鞋子，請勿冒然下水。
(七)戲水時，請勿逞強或高估自身能力。
