主旨：轉知教育部函以，為鼓勵雇主支給員工防疫照顧假薪資，請於網頁中公布，使學生家長廣為知悉，請查照。
說明：
一、依據教育部109年3月24日臺教授國字第1090032168A號函辦理。
二、因防疫照顧假不可歸責於勞雇雙方，故未強制雇主給付薪資；依嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防治及紓困振興特別條例第4條第1項規定略以，機關（構）、事業單位、學校、法人、團體給付員工防疫照顧假期間之薪資，得就該薪資金額之百分之二百，自申報當年度所得稅之所得額中減除。
