一、依據嘉義縣政府109年3月13日府教學特字第1090054613號函辦理。
二、旨揭民和國中慈輝分校招生對象為未滿15歲之學齡學生經原申請轉介學校鑑定，因家庭功能失常所引發之中輟事件，並經學校或教育局(處)評估學生現況不適合學校學習需於中介機構輔導者。
三、108學年度下學期審查會議時間分別為109年3月18日、4月29日及6月17日，請於審查日前繳交申請書至嘉義縣民和國中，申請審核通過之學生，學校將另行通知辦理後續轉介事宜。
