一、依據基隆市政府108年9月18日基府教特參字第1080263195A號函辦理。
二、旨揭中山高中國中部大德分校慈輝班招生對象為設籍於台澎金馬之6-9年級義務教育階段學生，因家庭遭遇變故而中途輟學，經追蹤輔導返校而無法適應就學環境因家庭功能不彰而有中輟之虞，經家長或監護人同意接受輔導就讀者，並經基隆市復學輔就讀小組審查符合資格。
三、申請時間為108年10月1日至15日止，請將相關資料備齊向中山高中國中部大德分校慈輝班提出申請。
