一、依據教育部體育署108年6月14日臺教體署全(一)字第1080020506A號書函辦理。
二、「國民體適能指導員資格檢定辦法」明定初級指導員得擔任學校體適能指導及體適能檢測工作，並明列中級指導員之執業範圍除初級指導員之業務外，得擔任健身中心之體適能指導員，並指導65歲以上民眾體適能活動。
三、旨揭證照第2梯次檢定考試採「網路報名」方式，檢定考試報名自108年7月15日起至8月9日止。惠請轉知所屬機關（構）、單項委員會、學校及飯店旅館，請單位會員、教練、同仁、學生及教師踴躍報名及參與檢定考試，並於網站刊登報名資訊。
