一、因應教育部技職再造，讓高職畢業生都具有立即就業的能力，以呼應產業結構調整及經濟發展，培育國家所需技術人才為目標；為達此教育目標，本校特提供「技術專案獎學金」以培育有意願習得一技之長的學子。
二、為免家庭困頓之學子因經濟壓力而無法繼續升學，希望能借助「技術專案獎學金」以協助優秀學子靠教育翻轉人生；凡有意願就讀本校高職學子都能申請本專案獎學金。
三、「技術專案獎學金」補助內容為：
(一)申請就讀學生給予5,000元獎學金。
(二)申請就讀，且有技優獎狀名次為前6名者，於入學後願配合當培訓選手，給予獎學金1萬元，申請期限為107年1月31日止。
(三)辦學特色聚焦於高職學生與業界間的連結，以培育高職畢業即能就業的專業技術能力，多年以來培育許多各行各行的佼佼者。
