一、依據新北市政府教育局106年11月15日新北教特字第10622189401號函辦理。
二、旨揭安置包含3種類型之簡章(安置高級中等學校一般類科、安置高級中等學校集中式特教班-綜合職能班、安置特殊教育學校及高級中等學校集中式特教班-中重度班），學生報名時僅能選擇一種簡章報名，不得重複，違者取消本安置資格。
三、一般類科簡章開缺名額將另函通知學校並於106年12月底前公告於新北市特殊教育資訊網(https://www.sec.ntpc.edu.tw/)及新北市身心障礙學生適性輔導安置網(http://seapc.ntpc.edu.tw)。
四、旨揭重要安置期程說明如下：
(一)線上報名：國中學校請於107年1月15日（星期一）至107年1月24日（星期三）至新北市身心障礙學生適性輔導安置網(http://seapc.ntpc.edu.tw)完成網路報名作業。
(二)郵寄報名資料：系統報名資料於107年1月25日始得列印，國中學校請於107年2月21日（星期三）至107年3月2日（星期五）郵寄報名資料至承辦學校(詳見各簡章)。
