說明：
一、 依據國立彰化師範大學106年6月21日進修字第1060500223號函辦理。
二、 106年7月1日於台南市中山國中辦理數學咖啡館講堂─「教學系統化工作坊-以斜率為例」工作坊，研習內容透過共同備課，將課堂知識融入活動中，提高學生學習興趣，並進一步提升教師教學效能。相關活動內容詳如附件一。
三、 106年7月23日於國立彰化師範大學進德校區辦理數學咖啡館講堂─「數學軟體Maxima與高中數學選修課程」工作坊，研習內容並透過課程結合Maxima數學軟體操作，讓教師了解如何增添學生的數感。相關活動內容詳如附件二。
