一、 請各機關學校利用內部公開集會(如行政或校務會議等)或其他集會場合，宣導不得以遠端連線公務電腦進行線上簽到退或代理他人線上簽到退等，另建議下班後應將電腦設備妥善關機或登出，避免非授權連線產生資安風險。
二、 另請機關學校各單位主管人員務必落實屬員差勤管理，如經查獲有不實簽到退行為，應視各人員身份別（如教師、行政人員或約聘僱人員等）依相關法規予以議處，以維護良好辦公紀律。
