一、 依據教育部114年4月17日臺教社(四)字第1142401119號辦理。
二、 教育部為鼓勵全民學習臺灣台語，並加強教師專業素養及學生本土語言能力，特舉辦旨揭認證考試。
三、 有關認證考試注意事項如下：
(一) 114年8月考試採「分卷分天」辦理，A卷訂於114年8月2日（星期六）測驗，B卷訂於114年8月3日（星期日）舉行，一人限報考一種卷別。
(二) 報名時間：至114年5月9日(星期五)下午5時止。
(三) 報名費：除19歲以下（含）免報名外，其餘費用新臺幣250元。
(四) 報名方式：線上報名（官網：https://ttg.moe.edu.tw）。
(五) 特殊需求服務：考量A卷為電腦化測驗，若學齡前幼兒（6歲以下）或高齡者（65歲以上）評估於測驗期間全程操作電腦有困難，可申請特殊需求服務。
(六) 本考試不分卷別，「口語測驗」均以電腦施測。
