一、 本校管理學院EMBA碩士學分班課程，凡具報考碩士資格者報名即可修讀。
二、 EMBA正式入學後得申請抵免學分，至多抵免18學分。學分抵免達12學分，具1.5年畢業資格。
三、 特色課程：
（一） 課程名稱：AI與領導力：數位人才管理與創新。
（二） 授課老師：黃瓊億老師、簡忠仁老師。
（三） 授課時間：114年2月18日至6月17日，每週二晚間。
（四） 課程重點：
1、 建立AI時代的領導思維。
2、 強化數位化人才管理應用。
3、 整合AI與創意創新能力。
4、 結合AI與組織發展之應用。
（五） 招生對象：
1、 企業管理者與高階經理人。
2、 對創新領導應用感興趣者。
3、 各專業領域之菁英人士。
