一、 相關資訊如下：
(一) 依規定即日起公告簡章招生訊息。
(二) 招生科系及名額：日間部五專幼兒保育科10名、美容流行設計科14名及餐旅廚藝管理科25名。
(三) 報名方式：國中應屆畢業生須參加就讀國中學校集體報名，每名免試生僅得選擇一所招生學校之1個科(組)報名，並於就讀國中學校規定期限內繳交報名相關資料，由就讀國中學校統一辦理集體報名。
(四) 報名時間：114年5月1日(四)10:00起至5月7日(三)16:00止。
(五) 114學年度五專完全免試入學單獨招生網路報名平台，網址： https://www.jctv.ntut.edu.tw/enter5W/ 。
二、 報考資格及成績採計項目等相關資訊詳見招生簡章，簡章及海報圖檔(如附件1、2)。
三、 若欲報名本校護理科的學生，可透過「五專優先免試入學」管道申請報名。
