說明：
一、 依據本府衛生局113年8月27日桃衛健字第1130082152號函辦理。
二、 為保護本市青少年免於菸品、類菸品危害及降低其使用率，本局製作「電子煙危害」衛教宣導圖卡3篇，希冀以圖象情境提升其電子煙危害相關識能，建立學生瞭解菸害防制法規定。
三、 旨揭活動資訊如下：
(一) 活動網址：https://forms.gle/iJNwpr8VnQrUTsSa8
(二) 活動時間：即日起至113年9月30日。
(三) 抽獎訊息：
１、 每人僅限參加1次，如發現重複參加或冒用他人姓名參加活動，將取消得獎資格。
２、 獎項數量：統一超商禮券（200元共計25名）。
３、 預訂於113年10月17日（星期四）將符合抽獎資格之資料，以電腦系統隨機亂數產出中獎名單。中獎名單將於桃園市政府衛生局無菸網（https://nosmoking.tycg.gov.tw/）最新消息上公佈，不另行通知或取得參加者同意。
