說明：
一、本案經教育部112年5月18日臺教技（一）字第1120048863號函同意備查。
二、考量嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情降級初期適逢升學期間，考生因中重症確診而無法參加統一入學測驗、國中教育會考或無法參加四技二專招生學校到校複試（指定項目甄試、甄審）者，提供旨揭專案協助升學，以調整成績計算方式並給予外加名額錄取機會。
(一)適用對象：由衛生主管機關開立「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎隔離治療通知書」之中重症住院隔離治療確診個案。
(二)適用112學年度四技申請入學、四技二專甄選入學、技優甄審入學及五專聯合免試入學。
