一、旨揭競賽相關事項說明如下：
(一)參加對象：本市公私立國中小學生。
(二)語言別：東南亞7國語言(越南語、印尼語、泰語、緬甸語、高棉語、馬來語、菲律賓語)。
(三)競賽項目：朗讀組、歌謠組。
(四)競賽組別及人數限制：
１、國小組：1人以上即可報名。
２、國中組：採團隊方式辦理，每隊2人以上。
３、以校為單位報名參加，不得跨校。
４、每校各競賽項目每語別至多1隊報名參加。
(五)競賽方式：
１、分初賽及決賽。
２、初賽取國小30隊、國中10隊進入決賽。
二、報名時間及方式：
(一)報名時間：自112年3月27日(一)起至112年4月7日（五）下午4時止。
(二)報名方式：一律採線上報名，請參賽學校於競賽網站完成報名後(網址：https://sites.google.com/view/tyc2023)，下載報名表並核章後，掃瞄上傳競賽網站，正本學校留存，線上報名資料完成後，不再受理資料更改。
